At Sustainable Intelligence (SI), we build technology that makes properties and energy systems smarter and more sustainable.
As a Senior UX and Requirements Manager, you will be the link between user needs, technology and business value. You will work closely with product owners, development teams and domain experts to shape requirements, create structure in Azure DevOps and translate ideas into user-friendly solutions in Figma.
We believe that you have a keen eye for detail, like to structure, question, and pursue clarity in complex issues — and that you want to influence how the energy and real estate platform of the future will actually function.


Competencies:

  • Requirements management and backlog in Azure DevOps
  • Experience with UX design and prototyping in Figma
  • Ability to translate business and technology goals into concrete features
  • Structure and clarity in user stories, epics and features
  • Worked closely with product owners and development teams
  • Insight into system development (.NET, Next.js, IoT are meritorious)
  • Ability to run workshops and coordinate stakeholders
  • Communicative, driven and solution-oriented
  • Interest in sustainability and digitalization of real estate
  • Experience with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
