Role description
You will work with the integration of building automation into various SCADA systems (such as iFix and Atvise), development of functionality and tools in the systems and software development linked to the integration of building automation. A large part of the work consists of troubleshooting integrations, from field level up to SCADA. Often solutions must be found to ensure communication between PLC and SCADA according to requirements specifications.
Accuracy is of great importance to ensure that results meet system requirements. System documentation and manuals for operating the SCADA system are always written. OSG works with several different SCADA systems, which requires technical curiosity to familiarize yourself with.
We would like you to be driven as a person and enjoy working independently. In addition, you are meticulous and patient when needed. Regardless of whether you have extensive experience or are a recent graduate, we welcome you to apply for the position, as we can adapt the role to your level of experience.
Requirements profile
To be successful in the role you must have::
– Engineering education in mechanical engineering or equivalent
– Experience in building automation
– Experience with SCADA
It is an advantage if you have experience in:
– Communication protocols / fieldbuses - Programming (Javascript, VBA, SQL)
– OPC UA
– Controls/Regulators
– PLC
