SI has a management system for quality, environment and information security that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022. All companies and their offices covered by the management system conduct the same business, i.e. develop and deliver systems and services for energy efficiency and automation. Several of the companies are also certified against these ISO standards.
ISO 9001 and 14001
The purpose of management systems for ISO9001 and ISO14001 is primarily to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient internal processes, environmental improvements and provide conditions for continuous improvement. The management system covers all requirement elements in the standards and all processes in the business.
The companies and offices entirely owned by SI that are part of the ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems are:
ISO 27001
The purpose of the ISO27001 management system is to use an internationally recognized standard to effectively protect the company's and customers' information assets. The goal is to reduce the risk of security incidents, facilitate legal compliance, retain existing customers and attract new customers, including increasing competitiveness in procurement.
The SI wholly-owned companies and offices that are included in the ISO27001 information security management system are:
SI Sustainable Intelligence Group AB develops systems and operates the cloud services that SI offers its customers. The company also provides the group's service functions within finance, HR/Payroll, IT and contract administration. The company is thus the business within the SI group where the requirements for good information security are the greatest.
The companies within SI that are active in installation and contracting also base their work with information security on relevant parts of SI's management system, but are exempt from the special administrative requirements that come with certification to ISO27001.
SI develops and delivers systems for energy efficiency and automation. Automation is about controlling, regulating and monitoring various functions such as ventilation, cooling, heating, lighting, water purification, energy and logistics gates.
We are constantly working to develop our service and quality.
SI sees quality as an important success factor both in individual installation assignments and in a long-term corporate perspective. All our commitments, all our actions and all our work should be perceived as an expression of high quality.
SI's quality system aims to ensure that our deliveries meet customer requirements and expectations, where our ambition is to create long-term customer relationships. Total quality must apply to all our actions – from first customer contact to delivery and invoice.
The business must be constantly developed and improved so that we can offer our customers cost-effective and fast total solutions. The commitment and competence of each employee is the basis for the continuous improvement work and ensures professional execution through self-checks throughout the execution and final inspection.
Our most important measure of quality is our customers' satisfaction. We shall strive for them to always feel full confidence in us as a supplier. The customers' demands and wishes shall be met by ensuring that our commitments and work meet agreed terms, accepted installation methods and applicable statutory requirements. Every job shall be a recommendation for future business.
In our assignments, we operate as a close-knit team together with suppliers, other contractors and subcontractors. Together we deliver the requested installation on time and to the right performance.
Satisfied customers and the least possible environmental impact are our primary goals in quality work.
We develop our operations and our quality management system through continuous improvements.
All employees are responsible for ensuring that the quality policy is followed in their daily work.
SI develops and delivers systems for energy efficiency and automation. Automation is about controlling, regulating and monitoring various functions such as ventilation, cooling, heating, lighting, water purification, energy and logistics ports.
SI takes environmental work seriously.
Using the latest technology, we offer the customer an interconnected energy system. Usage is optimized and transparent, and natural resources are used in a climate-smart way.
Our aim is to take the greatest possible environmental consideration, in the office, during transport and at the customer's premises.
SI's approach to environmental issues
A prerequisite for a prosperous and sustainable society is an awareness of sustainability challenges and a willingness and ability to act. It is also a prerequisite for SI to be a successful business over time.
We develop our own sustainability work and our quality/sustainability and environmental management system through continuous improvements. All employees are responsible for ensuring that the environmental policy is followed in their daily work.

Information is one of our most important assets and reliable information is a prerequisite for SI to continue to develop and be successful. Lack of information security can lead to disruptions and losses in our and our customers' operations. Therefore, SI places high demands on good information security.
Information security is the part of the organization's management and quality process that concerns the management of the business's information. In order for the work with information security to be conducted systematically, long-term and developed through continuous improvements, SI's management has decided that the group will have a common management system for information security, which will be based on the ISO 27001 standard. The management system will define a minimum security level that all companies must meet and a higher level that corresponds to the requirements for certification.
This policy is established for all companies within the group and sets out overall goals for information security:
• Information classification and measures to protect the confidentiality, accuracy and availability of information should ensure that the right information is available at the right time to authorized persons.
• The protection of information assets must be designed so that both the business's and our customers' legal and regulatory security requirements are met through organizational and technical measures.
• Work on IT and information security should involve the entire operation and provide the conditions for efficiency and innovation, limit costs for quality deficiencies and contribute to trust in SI's operations and brand.
The CEO of SI is ultimately responsible for the Group's information security management system, while operational responsibility is assigned to the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer). The CISO is responsible for keeping the executive management informed of the status of information security. In addition, all employees are responsible for handling information assets correctly and are expected to know and follow the rules and guidelines set by SI. It is also the responsibility of managers at all levels to actively promote a positive attitude towards security work.
Job satisfaction, a good working climate and good health are prerequisites for creating an inspiring work environment.
The company shall strive to ensure that our employees have a working environment where they enjoy, develop and feel good both physically and mentally. In collaboration with our employees, suppliers and customers, we shall work for a good working environment where risks of occupational injuries and work-related ill health are prevented. Our employees shall be able to maintain a working environment that encourages mutual respect, promotes good relations between employees and is free from all forms of harassment and violence.
Our operations do not involve any major work environment risks, and we meet the requirements for the operations set out in laws and government regulations. All employees have a work environment responsibility by following laws and regulations and observing the caution otherwise needed to prevent ill health and accidents. All are also responsible for reporting risks or deficiencies in the work environment to their immediate manager, contact person on assignment or safety representative at the workplace.
Through systematic work environment work, the company's efforts are continuously evaluated in order to make improvements regarding the work environment.
When working on projects at a location other than the company's own office, the work environment is managed in accordance with current regulations. A project-specific work environment plan must be in place and this must be drawn up by the person responsible for the construction work environment. (BAS-P or BAS-U)
