SI Group AB and RAU-Service Oy embark on a joint journey

The Swedish property automation group Sustainable Intelligence (SI) Group AB is making a major investment in Finland, which means that the Ostrobothnian property automation company RAU-Service Oy will become part of SI.

The investment strengthens SI Group's position as one of the Nordic countries' leading players in energy optimization and automation, while opening up new growth opportunities together with RAU-Service in Finland.

"Together we will have new and better opportunities to further develop our business for the benefit of existing and new customers both locally and nationally," says Mikael Norlander, CEO of the SI Group.

The SI Group was interested in RAU-Service because of its high technical expertise and shared values. Both have grown from entrepreneurial backgrounds to become leading players. on their respective markets.

The industry is constantly growing. With the acquisition, the companies are pooling their resources, and in addition to the technology already on the market, they are also introducing new technology and new solutions that make the everyday lives of property owners easier.
