A statutory overview of the building's energy performance
The energy performance certificate is a legal requirement that provides a clear picture of a property’s energy class and energy performance. It is drawn up by certified energy experts and reported to The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning. The certificate shows how energy-efficient the building is and suggests measures that can reduce running costs and improve its environmental performance.
With stricter EU requirements under the EPBD directive, the energy performance certificate is becoming an increasingly important tool, not only for complying with legislation, but also for developing and future-proofing the property. Banks and financiers are now weighing energy class in their credit assessments. Properties with good energy performance can receive better terms and higher market values.

A measurement plan lays the foundation for reliable energy measurement. It shows which values should be measured and where the measuring equipment should be placed to provide a clear basis. The result is often visualized in a riser diagram that shows how the energy enters, is distributed and is used in the building.
We adapt each measurement plan to the project's requirements, for example for certifications such as Miljöbyggnad. The goal is always a practical, traceable and sustainable structure that provides clear insights and makes it easier to follow up, control and make the right decisions about operations and energy efficiency.
