KSS becomes part of the SI Group

The SI Group continues its expansion in Sweden by acquiring KSS Klimat & Styrsystem AB (KSS). The acquisition strengthens the SI Group's position as a leading player in energy optimization and building automation and opens up new opportunities in strategically important submarkets.

This acquisition comes in connection with Sdiptech AB, which has owned KSS since 2018, having decided to divest the company as it no longer fits into their strategic focus. For the SI Group, this is an important step in our long-term plan to grow geographically and offer our customers an even broader and more sophisticated range of services. Through KSS's expertise and experience, we increase our ability to deliver sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that meet the growing demands for smart and optimized properties.

The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million and has 38 employees spread across three offices in Stockholm, Uppsala and Malmö.
