What is EMS?

EMS

EMS stands for Energy Management System and refers to the software that collects, compiles and analyzes data related to energy consumption in a property.

Energy management systems use sensors and meters in the building to collect real-time data about energy consumption. This can include data from room sensors, heat pumps, solar cells, batteries and electric car chargers. Analysis: A key task of EMS is to analyze the data to identify trends, energy leaks and opportunities for savings.
