Brf Rådjuret

The Rådjuret housing association in Falköping had the goal of lowering its heating costs and creating a more even indoor climate. In collaboration with SI Lorentzon Steering A modern control system was installed that optimizes the property's operation based on current needs.

The measures have contributed to a more stable indoor climate and reduced energy costs, with the total energy savings amounting to approximately 166 MWh, also taking into account external factors such as climate variations and building technology changes.

The result is a more sustainable and cost-effective property operation, an investment that creates value both today and for the future.
