Keylogic AB has a quality and environmental management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The management system covers all requirement elements in the standards and all processes in the business. No parts of the management system or the business processes are exempt.

property developers and they always expect the best. The same goes for all of us at SI Keylogic.

Steering

Keylogic uses PLC for control and IO. We can work with most brands, but mainly use Beckhoff PLC. The programs are written according to 61131-3 and can therefore be moved relatively easily between different PLC brands.

Web-based HTML5

KeyTalk – our web-based property monitoring system. KeyTalk can be easily scaled from small to large, Windows, Linux or embedded. We use robust web standards so it doesn’t matter if you choose to use a computer, tablet or mobile phone, it all works!

Integration

Most often, a property consists of several intelligent components that can communicate with each other. It is often our task to ensure that the parts interact and can be easily monitored. We solve most of the problems through communication and work daily with the most common communication protocols such as Modbus, Dali, KNX, MP-bus, LON, Profibus and MBUS.

Parent systems

We often integrate with customers' existing SCADA systems such as Citect, Struxurware iFix and TAC Vista.

SI develops and delivers systems for energy efficiency and automation. Automation involves the control, regulation and monitoring of various functions such as ventilation, cooling, heating, lighting, water purification, energy and logistics gates.

We are constantly working to develop our service and quality.

In our assignments, we operate as a close-knit team together with suppliers, other contractors and subcontractors. Together we deliver the requested installation on time and to the right performance.

Work environment policy

Job satisfaction, a good working climate and good health are prerequisites for creating an inspiring work environment.

The company shall strive to ensure that our employees have a working environment where they enjoy, develop and feel good both physically and mentally. In collaboration with our employees, suppliers and customers, we shall work for a good working environment where risks of occupational injuries and work-related ill health are prevented. Our employees shall be able to maintain a working environment that encourages mutual respect, promotes good relations between employees and is free from all forms of harassment and violence.

Our operations do not involve any major work environment risks, and we meet the requirements for the operations set out in laws and government regulations. All employees have a work environment responsibility by following laws and regulations and observing the caution otherwise needed to prevent ill health and accidents. All are also responsible for reporting risks or deficiencies in the work environment to their immediate manager, contact person on assignment or safety representative at the workplace.

Through systematic work environment work, the company's efforts are continuously evaluated in order to make improvements regarding the work environment.

When working on projects at a location other than the company's own office, the work environment is managed in accordance with current regulations. A project-specific work environment plan must be in place and this must be drawn up by the person responsible for the construction work environment. (BAS-P or BAS-U)

GDPR

At SI, we protect your privacy. The personal information you provide to us may be used by SI for its own communication and marketing, such as invitations to its own events and seminars, newsletters, communities and competitions. Communication takes place in the form of printed mailings and digital mailings via email and notifications via SMS and various communities. The personal information we collect is never sold to third parties.

According to the Data Protection Regulation, you as an individual have the right to the following:

  • Access your personal data
  • Get incorrect personal data corrected
  • Have your personal data deleted
  • Object to the use of personal data for direct marketing
  • Object to the use of personal data for automated decision-making and profiling
  • Moving personal data (data portability)

When requesting the deletion of personal data, this will be done within 3 months. According to applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to request a so-called register extract containing the personal data we hold and process about you, free of charge.

You also have the right to request correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data. If so desired. The General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR as it is also called, contains rules on how personal data may be processed. The regulation comes into force on May 25, 2018 and replaces the Personal Data Act (PuL).

SI takes environmental work seriously.

Using the latest technology, we offer the customer an interconnected energy system. Usage is optimized and transparent, and natural resources are used in a climate-smart way.

Our aim is to take the greatest possible environmental consideration, in the office, during transport and at the customer's premises.

SI's approach to environmental issues

  • Constantly monitor and follow up on the company's environmental impact and act to minimize it.

     

  • Our staff, partners and suppliers must have a high level of environmental awareness and a clear ethical compass that permeates their daily work. We see applicable laws and other requirements as a minimum level.

Information is one of our most important assets and its management is an important part of the work, which is why SI places high demands on good information security. Interruptions in the availability of information can be critical and have serious consequences for the business.
 
All employees are responsible for handling information correctly.
 
Information assets refer to all information, regardless of whether it is processed manually or automatically and regardless of the form or environment in which it occurs.
 
Information security is the part of the organization's management and quality process that concerns the management of the business's information.
 
It is therefore of utmost importance that we handle information security issues in a trust-inspiring and methodical manner.
 
Information security encompasses all of SI's information assets.
 
  • That the right information is available to the right person when it is needed and in a traceable manner
  • That the information is reliable, accurate and complete
  • That information is protected from unauthorized access

Information security is an integral part of our operations. Everyone who handles information assets has a responsibility to maintain information security. It is also the responsibility of managers at all levels to actively promote a positive attitude towards security work.
