During the spring, SI opened the doors to its new office in Luleå! The people who have been commissioned to start our northernmost office to date are Toyne Ringwald and Robert Enberg – both with strong credentials in property automation and energy efficiency of property portfolios.

– Among other things, we are focusing on helping our customers to make existing buildings more energy efficient and optimize them so that they perform as they were once intended and better with the help of new available technology, says Toyne Ringwald, Customer Manager.

Both Robert and Toyne have long-term and practical experience from the real estate industry in everything from care, operation and maintenance to administration and of course programming and system integration.

– Together with the entire SI Group, we want to give our customers the opportunity to be proactive when it comes to finding deviations in the buildings' operating and energy systems. This so that they can quickly and easily handle them and avoid unnecessary energy costs, says Toyne Ringwald.

SI in Luleå will focus on contracts and modernizations of existing control systems, but also on assisting with reviewing documents and performing energy analyses that form the basis for "effective" energy efficiency and optimization in both the short and long term.

– Right now, for example, we are offering new control equipment in a property, including ensuring the existing function of the heating and ventilation – where we can also provide integration with the customer's existing platform that already exists today. I think that is a good example of what modern automation looks like. You start from what you have and make sure to optimize it in the best way possible, says Toyne Ringwald, SI in Luleå.
