Building different types of control cabinets and process cabinets of the highest quality is not something that comes naturally. Extensive self-inspection and testing of each cabinet is of course a must, but the path to getting there is just as important.

Our work process is well documented and refined over decades, ensuring quality at every step. It starts with incoming orders and ordering the right materials with secure delivery, on time.

When the cabinet begins to be assembled, we start with customized checklists with questions that can cover everything from whether the terminal strips should be raised from the plate, to what the space looks like for contactors, relays, miniature circuit breakers and earth leakage breakers. Then comes the placement of components, wiring, dimensioning, marking, enclosure, partial tests and ongoing checks.

It is a complex process with a number of small steps and that is why we have put so much effort and time into developing a process that is efficient and at the same time guarantees the highest quality. Order and accuracy are extremely important keys on the way to unlocking a perfect cabinet for our customers and partners.
