An eight-storey timber-framed building, designed with the aim of taking full climate responsibility throughout the property\u2019s entire life cycle. The Zero CO2 framework, administered by the Sweden Green Building Council, requires that all remaining climate impact be offset to achieve actual net zero.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>A natural progression<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>For SI Sustainable Intelligence, the project was a logical continuation of a long-standing collaboration with NCC. A key insight was that SI\u2019s working methods were already in line with the certification requirements. \u201dEnergy efficiency isn\u2019t something we add to our solutions \u2013 it\u2019s the starting point,\u201d says project manager Fredrik Reimer. The collaboration with Regin formed the technical core, comprising control systems, sensors and a BMS system for continuous energy optimisation.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Operations \u2013 where real responsibility is taken<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>With tenants moving in from 2025, SI is managing the initial start-up phase through systematic optimisation based on real-time data.
