SI and Indoor Energy have reached an agreement whereby the operations of Indoor Energy Control V\u00e4st will be transferred through a takeover deal to SI's subsidiary Keylogic. As part of the agreement, a cooperation agreement has been established between the SI Group and Indoor Energy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The SI group has been specialists in building automation since 1998 and today has a strong position throughout Sweden. The employees from Indoor Energy Control V\u00e4st have long and broad experience and will add further cutting-edge expertise to the group.<\/p>\n

Through Keylogic and the SI group, existing and new customers gain access to more resources and specialist expertise in building automation, while also giving Indoor Energy and SI the opportunity to offer comprehensive solutions in energy efficiency.<\/p>\n

Keylogic will take over all of Indoor Energy Control V\u00e4st's assets and commitments, including employees, ongoing projects, service agreements and submitted quotes. Keylogic and SI will ensure that all existing commitments and ongoing projects are completed according to plan. Also, quotes that have already been submitted will be handled and implemented with the same high quality and professionalism that the SI group is known for. A cooperation agreement has been established between the SI group and Indoor Energy to ensure a smooth transition for existing customers and at the same time enable future joint deliveries within energy efficiency and automation.<\/p>\n
