The SI Group merges with Oaks and consolidates its position as Sweden's fastest growing group in energy saving!<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, another successful company in the growing property automation industry has become part of the SI Group. Now it is Oaks who joins the common goal of developing more energy-optimized properties for a climate-smart future.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Today, too much of the Nordic and European property portfolio wastes energy and natural resources every day. With this deal, we can further increase the pace of optimizing the properties' existing control systems and supplement them with the latest technology and software. This way, we realize both sustainability and financial savings. And in a short time, says Mikael Norlander, CEO of the SI Group.<\/p>\n

Like other companies within SI, Oaks works with well-proven technology that is then combined with the latest in proptech.<\/p>\n

\u2013 We work with proven technology and in many cases untapped potential that, in combination with the latest software, enables extensive energy savings. We also have smart interfaces for decision support in a world with increasingly higher sustainability goals. Together with SI and our employees, we now have the opportunity to realize our vision. Briefly about the SI Group<\/strong>
SI, which stands for Sustainable Intelligence, is a leading group within energy optimization and property automation. After Oaks joined, the SI Group has 300 employees in 17 offices from \u00c4ngelholm in the south to Lule\u00e5 in the north. Oaks AB offers services for optimizing and streamlining indoor climate and energy consumption in existing and new properties. The company was founded in 2018 and has offices in Bor\u00e5s, Gothenburg and Stockholm. Oaks has approximately 50 employees.
