Functionality to the max.

System installation's scalable HMI/SCADA, Arrigo BMS, empowers system integrators and property owners. With HTML5-based, future-proof technology, you save time on integration, operation and maintenance.

With Arrigo BMS you can monitor, visualize and analyze all levels of your system at any time from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Arrigo BMS is compatible with all previous generations of System Installation solutions.

Arrigo API. Develop the full
the potential of your properties.

Arrigo BMS is equipped with a robust API for easy import and export of data from different systems. Via the open API, Arrigo BMS makes all data available and can be integrated with several external systems such as hotel booking services, business systems, etc. Collected data can be used either directly in Arrigo BMS or in other systems that are connected via the open API.

Thanks to simple technology based on graphQL/REST and encrypted transfer, you can add and delete information, read and write values, and retrieve information, history, saved data, and real-time data. You can also connect via websocket directly to Arrigo's backbone and write your own extensions, which can be retrieved via server-side functions.

Third-party integration.

Users can easily integrate with controllers from any manufacturer via OPC. To retrieve data from third-party systems to connected controllers, integration can be done through various interfaces such as Modbus, BACnet and Mbus. Anyone working with Arrigo BMS can aggregate data in a flexible way, regardless of the source.

Charts, data logging
and real-time trends.

In Arrigo, you can easily track historical information to make informed decisions. Users can choose between analog and digital signals. These are displayed as a trend in a historical graph window. Depending on the type of signal, historical data logging can be done in the following ways:

  • Time logging for each individual logged variable: fixed intervals, normally used for analog values.
  • Event-based logging: logged only when a status change occurs, typically used for digital signals and alarm signals.
  • Real-time logging: Logged when the signal is displayed in the historical graph window. Logging is updated continuously and is lost when the window is closed. Real-time logging can be used with any signal in Arrigo BMS.

The chart makes it easy to view, zoom, scroll and export data. In addition, the work done can be saved to be continued at a later time, either as personal work or as “global” work.

Create dynamic flow charts
and visualize processes in real time.

Dynamic flow diagrams can be great tools for visualizing your plant and current operational information. Arrigo BMS offers a toolbox for creative work and gives system integrators access to an extensive library of graphical objects, which can be used as is or customized for each application.

With Arrigo BMS you can
system integrators efficiently create mission-critical functions with:

  • graphic symbols
  • complex graphics
  • animations and interactions by using JavaScript inside an SVG
  • adjustments to graphic attributes such as fill style, line style, orientation, placement and visibility.

Alarm handling

Complete alarm management.

A common challenge for operations managers is that they do not receive enough information when alarms are generated by a property's BMS. Being able to deduce the cause of the alarm and take the right action as quickly as possible is crucial to reducing the number of alarms or downtime in the long term.

Arrigo is the platform that manages property data from multiple sources. Via Modbus, BACnet, M-Bus and OPC, Arrigo communicates with control units and field products in the system and alerts immediately if something is wrong.

Arrigo offers efficient functions for structuring and coordinating alarms, while also ensuring that the right roles are informed, so that the right actions can be taken immediately.

Alarm functions in Arrigo:

  • Alarm widgets provide access to alarm history and relevant information in real time.
  • Configurable runtime tools to quickly determine alarm type and location, with options for quick analysis and action, such as acknowledgement, blocking, etc.
  • Large number of filter options.
  • Ability to add alarms to historical charts.

Remote alarm.

Arrigo BMS offers complete support for push notifications and can instantly inform users of relevant alarms and warnings using a variety of channels. Below are listed the most common channels:

  • SMS (UCP, TAP, PC-Text), etc.
  • SMS via GSM modem for fast SMS (<15 seconds) without a physical phone connection>
  • Email (SMTP)
  • and more...

Reports.

Clear reports are a must for sustainable property automation. Arrigo generates its reports based on advanced data processing and analysis functions. All property data in the application can be used to generate a report, for example:

  • Data from field products (e.g. a controller)
  • Properties from system resources
  • Search results
  • Historical data logs or events
  • Script-generated data

Working with reports is a very good strategy for continuously reducing the number of alarms and making energy use more efficient in a property. Arrigo can also serve as an important tool for prioritizing operation and maintenance work.

Reports can be exported in various formats, including CSV and PDF, and can also be sent via email. Reports can also be generated manually, on specific events, or on a schedule.

Script.

For customers working with custom customizations and/or integration, Arrigo BMS offers an open platform for client and server scripting. Arrigo BMS uses JavaScript (ECMA script 6 as standard), which enables advanced logic, data mining, SQL access, implementation of custom functions, and access to other applications and APIs.

JavaScript is included in Arrigo's server script and is supported by most common browsers. It's easy to get started with JavaScript, which is one of the most widely used programming languages for all types of applications, across the globe.

Security, access and permissions

Arrigo offers a selection of integrated security models and options, including:

  • Passwords and user information are stored on the server and use a Sha256 password hash algorithm.
  • User permissions in the Arrigo program are based on responsibilities and authority.
  • Microsoft Windows Authentication manages rights to Arrigo users, authenticated on a domain controller or local computer, based on the user's identity and group membership
  • Customers using the Arrigo platform benefit from secure integration, all the way down to individual data elements or attributes
  • Secure communication via http and WebSocket via TLS 1.3 encrypted connection (HTTPS and WSS)

Language support

Arrigo has been developed with full language support for English, German, French and Swedish for both system integrators and end users. The operator interface is available in additional languages. Contact your local Arrigo supplier for more information.
